FAQ
What types of projects do you support with your day rates?
My day rates cover a wide range of media production needs—whether you need an extra shooter for a commercial project, a drone operator for an aerial sequence, a behind-the-scenes photographer, or an editor to help turn raw footage into polished content.
Do you provide your own equipment?
Yes! I come fully equipped with professional-grade camera gear, lighting, audio equipment, editing software, and drone gear (with FAA Part 107 certification for aerial work). If you have specific gear requirements, we can discuss rental options as needed.
What’s included in the day rate?
The day rate includes on-site production services for the booked time frame, gear usage, travel within 40 miles round-trip of Hobart, IN, and basic post-production if needed. Editing-heavy projects or special deliverables may be quoted separately.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability—especially during peak seasons—I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. However, I’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when my schedule allows.
Do you travel for projects outside of Northwest Indiana?
Yes! I’m available for travel across the Midwest and beyond. Travel outside of a 40-mile round-trip radius from Hobart, IN will incur a mileage fee of $0.60/mile. For longer-distance projects, lodging and travel accommodations may be required and will be discussed in advance.
