FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Northwest Indiana, a little suburb named Hobart, and yes I love to travel!
All package rates include travel up to 65 miles round-trip.
Additional mileage is billed at $0.60 per mile.
Weddings located over 2 hours away will require a flat $150 travel accommodation fee, in addition to mileage, to cover hotel stay.
How do we recieve our videos?
Everything is delivered on a custom "Wedding Day" USB Drive
All packages include individual videos of your five key moments: vows/ceremony, dances, speeches, cake cutting, and grand exit if applicable.
Aerial drone footage (weather permitting)
When will we get our Videos?
Final films will be delivered within 8–10 weeks after your wedding day. I take great care to craft a cinematic story that reflects all the magic and emotion of your day—trust me, it’s worth the wait!
Do your require a deposit?
Yes, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit when you sign your contract to officially book your date. This secures your spot on my calendar and ensures I’m all yours for the big day!
What is your cancelliation policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing. The 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event may incur an additional 25% fee of the total package cost.
In the case of unforeseen events beyond anyone’s control—such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies—neither party will be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations. This is known as a Force Majeure clause and ensures fairness in extreme situations.
